- Run it at shift start. Five minutes, standing up, before anyone picks up a tool.
- Point at real examples in your own work area. The talk gives you the hazard; you give them the ladder, the cord, the blind spot they walk past every day.
- Ask what they’d add. The person doing the job knows the hazard you missed. Write down what they say, then go fix it.
