How do I access the Training Director? The Training Director LMS is included with the Intelligent plan. Once you’re subscribed, complete your risk assessment and you will be directed to your dashboard. From there you can access it, along with our safety program builder, and forms library. With the Training Director you can add employees, assign courses and track compliance. Businesses sign up here. Employees sign in to complete their their assigned training at training.smarterrisk.com.

How does employee login work? No passwords required! Employees receive a secure email invitation to verify their training account. When they need to login, they simply go to training.smarterrisk.com and request a magic link—quick, secure, and hassle-free.

How many employees can I train? Unlimited! The Intelligent plan includes unlimited seats at no additional cost. Train your entire team without worrying about per-user fees.

Can I upload my own training courses? The Training Director currently includes our professionally-developed library of 53 OSHA-compliant courses. Custom course uploads are not available at this time. If you need a course simply request it. See next section for details.

Can I request new courses? Absolutely! We will be expanding our course library throughout 2026. To request a new course topic, email us at orders@smarterrisk.com. Once approved our team can typically have it turned around in 30 days.
